Back ribs or side ribs — choose your preference. Smoker-ready.

Pork Belly

15–18 lbs

Fresh belly for roasting or curing. Bacon add-on available at $55/slab.

Boneless Loin

7–9 lbs

Lean and versatile. Roast it whole or have it sliced into chops.

Ground Pork

10–15 lbs

Freshly ground and vacuum sealed in 1 lb portions. Or convert to sausage.
