We Source Your Pig

Our team sources a locally raised Ontario pig. It hangs and is inspected before cutting begins.

You Choose Your Cuts

We'll send you a full cut list. You tell us how you want everything broken down — chops, roasts, sausage, bacon — all of it.

Delivered to Your Door

Everything is vacuum packed and delivered fresh. Balance is due on delivery — cash or e-transfer (credit card subject to 3% fee).

When you buy a pork share, you pay a flat price per pound for the whole animal — not inflated retail markup on individual cuts. You get everything: chops, roasts, ribs, ground pork, and bacon, all custom cut and vacuum packed by our butchers.

Add-ons like sausage and bacon curing are available. Most families that buy a pork share come back every year — the freezer stays stocked and the quality is unmatched.
