
The Corsetti family has been in the meat business since the early 1900s in Italy, and by the 1960s we continued that tradition here in Ontario. Growing up surrounded by butchering, cutting, and family meals centered around quality food, the trade became more than just work β it became my passion.
In 2017, I founded Meat With Me with one simple goal: to bring butcher-quality meat to the public at fair prices.
Today, that passion has grown into a full butcher operation, now located in Grassie, Ontario, where we run both a provincially inspected meat plant and a retail store. Customers can shop in person at our counter or online through our curated meat boxes.
We offer AAA and Prime beef, Ontario-raised pork and poultry, and small-batch sausages, bacon, pepperettes, and jerky β all prepared with care, no fillers, and packaged fresh for your table or freezer.
