π₯© Where does your meat come from?
We source from trusted Ontario farms and processors. All beef, pork, and poultry is Ontario-raised, and everything is prepared in our provincially inspected plant in Grassie, Ontario.
π¦ How is the meat packaged?
All products are vacuum-sealed for freshness and freezer-readiness. Steaks, sausages, bacon, wings, and jerky are portioned into convenient packs, so you can thaw only what you need.
π§ Is the meat fresh or frozen?
Our products are packaged fresh, and many are flash frozen to lock in quality and extend shelf life. Vacuum-sealed packs make freezing and thawing safe and simple.
π Do you offer delivery?
Yes! We offer local delivery across Niagara, Hamilton, and surrounding areas.
- Delivery days: Wednesdays & Thursdays (daytime)
- For other days/times, please inquire. We will do our best to accommodate, but it may not always be possible.
We also offer pickup at our Grassie plant.
π³ How do I pay?
All orders are placed securely through our website. We accept major credit cards and debit.
β± When will my order be ready?
Orders are usually ready within 5 business days. Youβll receive an email when your order is prepared and ready for pickup or delivery.
βοΈ How long will vacuum-sealed meat last in the freezer?
Vacuum-sealed products last 6β12 months in the freezer without losing quality. Fresh sausages and bacon should be used within a week if refrigerated.
π₯ Do you use fillers or additives?
Never. All of our sausages, pepperettes, and smoked products are gluten-free, filler-free, and made in small batches.
