A Bit About Us
My grandfather started Corsetti Meat Packers back in 1972. He built something real — a proper operation that ran for over 50 years. When they closed in 2023, I didn't want to see that knowledge and that tradition just disappear.
I grew up around cutting, butchering, and family meals built around good meat. In 2017, I started Meat With Me as an online meat company — operating out of my grandfather's plant at Corsetti Meat Packers. When they closed in 2023, I set up my own provincially inspected operation in Grassie and kept going.
It's not fancy. We're just a small team that takes quality seriously and likes feeding people well.
The Timeline
Corsetti Meat Packers founded — My grandfather starts the family business. A full meat packing operation built from the ground up.
Meat With Me launches — I start an online meat company operating out of Corsetti Meat Packers. No storefront, just good meat sold direct.
Corsetti Meat Packers closes — After 51 years, the family business winds down. I move Meat With Me into my own provincially inspected plant in Grassie and keep it going.
Grassie, Ontario — A provincially inspected plant and retail store. Custom orders, beef and pork shares, and small batch products made in-house.

What We Actually Sell
Beef Shares
Front quarter, hind quarter, half, or whole. AAA Ontario beef, cut the way you want it, vacuum sealed and ready for your freezer.
Pork Shares
Half or whole Ontario-raised pig. You pick the cuts, we'll add sausage and bacon if you want. Local and fresh.
Retail Cuts
Steaks, roasts, ground beef, sausages, pepperettes, and jerky — all made in-house. Available in-store and online.
Small Batch Products
Sausages, dry-cured bacon, beef jerky, and pepperettes. Made in small batches with real ingredients — no fillers.
Provincial Inspection
Every animal that comes through here is provincially inspected. You know what you're getting and where it came from.
Ontario Raised
We buy local. Ontario beef, pork, and poultry from farmers we know. Short supply chain, better product.
