🥩 Where does your meat come from?
We source from trusted Ontario farms and processors. All beef, pork, and poultry is Ontario-raised, and everything is prepared in our provincially inspected plant in Grassie, Ontario.
📦 How is the meat packaged?
All products are vacuum-sealed for freshness and freezer-readiness. Steaks, sausages, bacon, wings, and jerky are portioned into convenient packs, so you can thaw only what you need.
🧊 Is the meat fresh or frozen?
Our products are packaged fresh, and many are flash frozen to lock in quality and extend shelf life. Vacuum-sealed packs make freezing and thawing safe and simple.
🚚 Do you offer delivery?
Yes! We offer local delivery across Niagara, Hamilton, and surrounding areas.
- Delivery days: Wednesdays & Thursdays (daytime)
- For other days/times, please inquire. We will do our best to accommodate, but it may not always be possible.
We also offer pickup at our Grassie plant.
💳 How do I pay?
All orders are placed securely through our website. We accept major credit cards and debit.
⏱ When will my order be ready?
Orders are usually ready within 5 business days. You’ll receive an email when your order is prepared and ready for pickup or delivery.
❄️ How long will vacuum-sealed meat last in the freezer?
Vacuum-sealed products last 6–12 months in the freezer without losing quality. Fresh sausages and bacon should be used within a week if refrigerated.
🥓 Do you use fillers or additives?
Never. All of our sausages, pepperettes, and smoked products are gluten-free, filler-free, and made in small batches.
👨🍳 Do you take custom orders?
Yes — we’re a butcher shop at heart. If you’re looking for something specific (a custom cut, wholesale order, or bulk program), reach out and we’ll do our best to help.
