How It Works
Book Your Slaughter
Contact us to schedule your slaughter. Once booked, we’ll let you know where the animal needs to be dropped off.
Don’t Have a Trailer?
No problem! We can arrange a pickup for you. Pickup fees range from $30–$60 depending on your location. For further destinations, pricing will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Butchering & Processing
Choose your preferred cuts, and we’ll handle the rest! Sausages, ground meat, specialty cuts – we’ll tailor it all to your needs.
Pickup & Payment
Your processed meat will be vacuum-sealed, labeled, and ready for pickup.
Pricing & Details
Beef Processing
- Slaughter Charge: $230
- Cut & Vacuum Packaging: $1.25/lb
- Grading (Optional): We can have your beef graded upon request. Contact us for details.
- Burgers: $2.50/lb
- Sausages: $2.75/lb (Min 25LB Batch)
- Bacon Burgers: Made with 30% bacon (Bacon $4.50/lb, Burgers $2.50/lb)
- Chevapi: $2.50/lb (Min 25LB Batch)
- Note: Additional costs may apply for beef over 30 months old. Due to slaughterhouse regulations, animals over 30 months cannot be shipped with the backbone on.
Pork Processing
- Slaughter Charges: $95–$150 (depending on size)
- Cut & Vacuum Packaging: $1.25/lb
- Sausages: $2.75/lb (Minimum 25lb batch per flavor)
- Breakfast Sausages: $2.75/lb (Bratwurst, Blueberry Maple flavors)
- Bacon: $55 per slab (smoked, packaged into 1lb portions)
- Breakfast Rounds: $2.65/lb (Minimum 30lb batch, Blueberry Maple or Bratwurst, packaged in stacks of 4)
