We Hand Pick Your Beef

Our butchers go through the cooler and select a AAA Ontario animal. It hangs and ages until it's ready for cutting.

You Choose Your Cuts

We'll send you a full cut list. You tell us how you want everything broken down — steaks, roasts, ground beef, all of it.

Delivered to Your Door

Everything is vacuum packed and delivered fresh. Balance is due on delivery — cash or e-transfer (credit card subject to 3% fee).
