Please note that deposit is taken with credit card or e transfer. For the final owing amount we accept E-transfer, or cash on delivery. Credit cards are subject to a 3% fee.
Expect Delivery in 3-4 weeks, you will be contacted to select a delivery date and cutting instructions.
We will go through the cooler and hand pick a AAA Hind, let it hang and then deliver to your door. We custom cut it, to your specifications. You can make Steaks, Roasts, Stews.
Everything will be vacuum packed and delivered fresh.
After a deposit is made we will email you a cut list with the cuts and some suggestions. It is up to you and we can cut it to your needs.
Hind Quarters weigh about 200-220 LBS and are priced at $8.49/LB
Rest of payment is due upon delivery, we will coordinate a delivery to your house.

- Outside Round Make Rump Roasts, Rouladen, Stew, Cutlets
- Eye of Round) Make medallion grilling steaks, roast, cube steak
- Sirloin Tip Great for steaks, roasts, or stew
- Ground Beef (40-60LBS) Make Lean or Medium and Packed in 1LBS Vacuum Pack
- Marrow Bones - Great for soups or a dog. If you have a dog let us know and we will add in bones!
