We will go through our cooler and handpick one whole Prime swinging rib, then set it aside to age.

You can decide how long to age it for and then we will cut it according to your needs. Once put away we will coordinate how you would like it cut. 
We can make:

Ribeye Steaks
Rib Steaks with Bone
Tomahawks
Standing Rib Roasts

Each of the pieces will be cut and packed to your specifications.

The starting weight of the rib is anywhere from 45-55 LBS and the current market price is $9.50lb

We ask that you pick the meat up from our butcher shop in Toronto’s Junction if you need delivery please ask before making a deposit to make sure we can deliver in your area.
