Prime Dry Aged Loin

We will go through our cooler and select one whole prime loin and then set it aside to age.
The loin consists of:

Tenderloin
Striploin
Top Sirloin
Flank Meat
Picanha
Tri-Tip

Each of the pieces will be cut and packed to your specifications. We will reach out to confirm how you would like it cut. 

It will take about 30-40 days for your loin to be ready

The starting weight of the loin is anywhere from 60-80 LBS and the current market price is $9.50LB, there will be a $75 deposit required for us to pick and age for you. 

We ask that you pick the meat up from our butcher shop in Toronto's Junction. We can arrange delivery as well.
