Get your hands on 850LBS of premium AAA beef with a deposit of $300 and an approximate total of $4800, priced at $6.10/LB.

Expect delivery in 2-3 weeks, and you'll be contacted to select a delivery date and cutting instructions. We'll handpick two sides of beef, let it hang for 14 days, and then custom cut it to your specifications.

Whether you prefer steaks, roasts, stews, or other dishes, we've got you covered. Everything will be vacuum-packed and delivered fresh to your door.

After making a deposit, we'll email you a cut list with suggested cuts, and we'll cut the meat according to your preferences. The remaining payment will be due upon delivery, and we'll coordinate a delivery time that works for you.

  • Flank Steak - 2 PC - Great for marinading or cutting into strips for stir fry
  • Flank Meat - 2PC - Marinade and put on the BBQ whole or cut into strips
  • Tenderloin (12-16LBS) We can cut it into steaks or a roast
  • Striploin (26-30LBS) Cut into steaks or make a roast
  • Top Sirloin (24-28LSB) Make a roast, cut into stew, or steaks
  • Inside Round (26-32LBS) Great for Roasts, Stew, Cutlets, Minute Steaks
  • Outside Round (20-24LBS) Make Rump Roasts, Rouladen, Stew, Cutlets
  • Eye of Round (10-12LBS) Make medallion grilling steaks, roast, cube steak
  • Sirloin Tip (24-30LBS) Great for steaks, roasts, or stew
  • Marrow Bones - Great for soups or a dog. If you have a dog, let us know and we'll add in bones!
  • Capless Rib (40-44LBS) - Make steaks, roasts, Tomahawks
  • Back Ribs(12LBS) - Rack of back ribs, amazing for slow cooking or smoking-
  • Brisket Point (22-14LBS) - Amazing for smoking
  • Brisket Short Ribs (8LBS) - Cut thin also known as "Miami or Korean Style"
  • Boneless Clod (30-24LBS) - Make roasts, Stew, steaks
  • Boneless Blade (40LBS) - Great for pot roasts, stew, or blade steak
  • Chuck Short Ribs (12-16LBS) Leave whole or cut thin and grill.
  • One Front Shank- (40LBS) The beef front shank is best to be cut up and used to make wonderful bone broth.
  • Ground Beef (200-220LBS) Make Lean or Medium and Packed in 2LBS Vacuum Pack

Frequently asked questions

Your beef share order will be shipped 2-3 weeks from the order date. We'll ask for your cutting instructions and select a delivery date. On delivery day, we can deliver in the morning or night, and your items will be delivered fresh or frozen based on your preference. We use a cold shipping courier company to ship to your area. Payment of the outstanding balance is due the day before shipping.

We can package steaks as small as single packages and ground beef in 2LBS packages to fit your needs.

We accept Credit Cards for deposits and E-transfers for the outstanding balance. Please note that Credit Card payments are subject to a 2.5% convenience fee due to the small margins on the beef shares.
