You're buying the full piece — not pre-sliced, not re-packed. Our butchers cut it start to finish for your order only.
End Cuts
End cuts may vary slightly in size — this is normal when cutting a full primal. You get everything, nothing wasted.
Canada Prime Grade
Prime is higher than AAA. It has more marbling, more flavour, better texture. The same grade used in top steakhouses.
Vacuum Sealed
Every steak is individually vacuum sealed and clearly labelled with cut and thickness. Ready for the freezer or the grill.
Delivery
$25 flat-rate cold-chain delivery across Ontario. Not eligible for free shipping promotions. Balance due by e-transfer before we ship.
