Pricing

• $20.00/lb – First piece

• $18.00/lb – When purchasing 2 or more total pieces

Mix and match striploin and ribeye to qualify.

Average Weights

• Striploin: approx. 15–18 lbs per piece

• Bone-In Ribeye: approx. 20–25 lbs per piece

Final weights will vary slightly since you are purchasing the full primal.

Custom Cutting

We cut the entire piece to your preferred steak thickness.

All steaks are vacuum packed and clearly labelled.

End cuts may vary slightly in size — this is normal when purchasing a whole piece.

100 DEPOSIT REQUIRED PER PIECE

Each whole Striploin or Bone-In Ribeye requires a $100 non-refundable deposit per piece to secure your order.

Quantity selected = number of full pieces.

We cut specifically for you. Once cut, the piece is yours.

After cutting and weighing, we will calculate your final total and send you an invoice.

The remaining balance must be paid by e-transfer before shipment or pickup.
